Return Policy
1. Goods are imported/exported exclusively for personal use and consumption.
2. Warranty Coverage: Up to 90 days. Components must be tested in minimum quantities.
3. Report any issues with parts within 30 days of receipt. For non-functional parts, please provide a Failure Analysis Report (FAR) for returns.
4. NC-NR (Non-Conforming/Non-Returnable) Parts: No returns or exchanges are accepted.
5. Physical damage is not covered under warranty.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return most items within 2 days from the date of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Products that are damaged or show signs of wear cannot be returned.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Functionality Failure Report
If a part is found to be non-functional and fails on the PCB, please provide a complete test report within 15 days to facilitate the return process.

NC-NR Parts
Orders once place are non-cancellable and non returnable untill and unless there is a fuctional discrepancy in the parts.
